Welcome to Constantine Michigan, the place where our school system is the heartbeat of a community. Our staff and students come to work each day equipment five core values: to Encourage, to RESPECT, to have INTEGRITY, CONFIDENCE, and to give EFFORT - maximum effort.
You want to be a chef?  Here's your new mentor.
Thinking about the trades? Go be a craftsman.
It's our job to help every student engineer a path to graduation and higher education or the trades.  We are tough, we are creative, and we are dedicated to our faculty, our students, and our community. We are the Falcon Nation.  Come Fly with us.

At Constantine Public Schools we believe in equipping our students with five core values. Respect.  Encouragement. Integrity.  Effort.  Confidence. The core values are things we can learn now that will help us in the workplace and help us in our relationships out of school and for the rest of our lives.  What it means for me is you need to be respectful for your teachers and the people that are around you. Encouragement mean to to have positive thoughts to self and others, like you can do this, you can keep on trying. 
If you don't have integrity, you don't really have anything, because you can be like nice to someone's face but then, like, behind their back you're a different person, or like you can do all your work for the teacher, but you could go home and cheat, but you're not really learning anything. 
I think you need to put in a lot of effort in order to get good grades. In my opinion I like to shoot for A's and if I get a B, I mean I'm okay with it, but I want an A. 
Confidence is believing in yourself. You're going to go through things that are difficult and you don't know if you can do them, but you can and you have to believe in yourself or no one else is going to. I guess I'm a quietly. Be coachable. If your coachable you can learn a lot more things. I consider myself a leader. I like setting an example for people and being someone that people can look up to. 
I feel like a good leader has courage and, like, stand up in front of the class and they're not afraid to make mistakes.
