Falcon Power (Strength and Conditioning)

Several sections of weight training class is being offered that is designed for students who want to improve their wellness at a high level in a state of the art facility.  This course introduces and reinforces the proper guidelines, principles and techniques of weight lifting and the development of flexibility, muscular strength, endurance and power. It will also help the body focus on functional training methods and patterns, gain strength, balance, coordination, proprioception, neuromuscular pathways, and body awareness.
 
For student-athletes not enrolled in the class, the same training is available during the school year:
  • Tuesday and Thursday mornings from 6:45 - 7:30
  • Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday after school from 2:50 - 3:50
 
To maintain athletic eligibility, all student-athletes must attend the Falcon Power lifting program twice per week.
 
Cross Fit
Cross Fit classes are held at Constantine High School Monday and Wednesday mornings from 6:45 - 7:30.
