Falcon Strength and Conditioning

Several sections of strength and conditioning class is being offered at the High School during school hours. The course is designed for students who want to improve their wellness at a high level in a state of the art facility.  This course introduces and reinforces the proper guidelines, principles and techniques of weight lifting and the development of flexibility, muscular strength, endurance and power. It will also help the body focus on functional training methods and patterns, gain strength, balance, coordination, proprioception, neuromuscular pathways, and body awareness.
 
The same training is available during the school year (on school days) before & after school as follows:
Tuesday & Thursday mornings  - 6:45am-7:30am
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday after school - 3:10-3:55pm
 
Strength & Conditioning is also offered in the summer. Classes start every hour on the hour. Schedule as follows:
Monday, Wednesday & Friday - 8:00am-11:00am
Tuesday & Thursday - 5:00pm-7:00pm
