Welcome to the Constantine Falcons Athletic Program! To ensure a positive and respectful experience for all participants, it is essential that every middle and high school student-athlete, along with their parents or guardian, acknowledges and adheres to our Athletic Code of Conduct. 

The Athletic Code of Conduct outlines the expectations and responsibilities for both athletes and their families. It is designed to promote integrity, sportsmanship, and a commitment to excellence both on and off the field.

Key Highlights of the Athletic Code of Conduct Include:

  • Respect and Sportsmanship: upholding the highest standards of respect towards teammates, coaches, opponents , and officials.
  • Academic Responsibility: Maintaining academic performance and balancing schoolwork with athletic commitments.
  • Behavior Expectations: Adhering to guidelines on behavior, discipline, and conduct during practices, games, and other related activities.
  • Safety and Health: Committing to practices that ensure personal safety and well-being, including proper training and injury prevention.
  • Parent/Guardian Role: Encouraging positive support and communication between athletes, coaches, and the school. 
 

Acknowledgment Required

To ensure a positive and successful experience in our athletic programs, all student-athletes and their parent/guardians are required to acknowledge receipt and understanding of the Athletic Code of Conduct. This acknowledgment is a mandatory step for participation in our athletic programs.

Additionally, all necessary documentation must be completed online to be eligible for athletics at Constantine High School and Middle School.

Both the student-athlete and the parent will need to create an account on: BigTeams
 
You will need to:
  1. Upload a photo of both sides of your completed Athletic Physical form
  2. Fill out the Emergency Release form
  3. Agree to the Athletic Code of Conduct
