Soccer (Men's)

Head Coach: Ron Hulett

Thank you for your interest in Falcons Soccer! We are excited to provide our student athletes with the opportunity to
compete in this great sport. Our mission is to create positive experiences on the playing field to further develop students in alignment with the District’s Five Core Values, one no greater than the other. Those being – Confidence, Integrity, Respect, Effort and Encourage.

We work tirelessly to improve our conditioning and skills so to carry on the winning tradition here in Constantine. We start our conditioning program shortly after spring sports are finished, typically the 2 nd or 3 rd week of June, and go from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday. We encourage everyone to attend the workouts as it provides vital time to come together as a team and get everyone in their best shape they can be. Once the season starts, we are on the pitch 2 and sometimes 3 nights a week so our players must be physically ready for that challenge. In case you don’t know, a soccer match consists of 2) 40-minute halves. We do not get any timeouts and there are only rare stoppages of play, so the athletes are on the run pretty much the entire time. That means we have to be in great shape!!

I utilize the Hudl app to communicate with the players and have also created a Facebook page – Constantine Varsity Soccer to communicate with parents, players and anyone interested in Constantine Soccer. Search for the page and request to join!

Equipment needs: Athletes need only to provide their own shoes and shin guards, everything else is provided. I
recommend a quality pair of shoes as we play a lot of matches, and they will be put to the test. I do have shoes in various sizes that I have gathered over the years that your student can use if needed.

I thoroughly enjoy and appreciate the opportunity to work with young adults in their quest to improve and achieve, it’s a privilege I don’t take lightly. Through collaborative effort with the athletes, coaches and administration, we want to build this program to compete for the conference championship routinely. I look forward to seeing you on the pitch!
