This course is designed for students interested in a career in the health field. This class examines the many career opportunities in the medical industry:
- nursing
- lab technicians
- therapy and rehabilitation
- pharmaceutical.
Plus, students will learn:
- medical terminology
- CPR and first aid
- anatomy and physiology
- communication skills
In the course, students will participate in clinical experiences.
