CONSTRUCTION TRADES
This course offers teaches the basics of building a house from concrete to framing, electrical to plumbing, estimating to project managements and more! Students in this class learn to use hand and power tools, OSHA worksite safety regulations, teamwork and how to build a house through construction projects and at the site house. Students will learn the basics of:
- electrical
- plumbing and HVAC systems
- building codes
- estimating
- blueprints
- design
- building permits
- job interviewing skills.
