As you begin the enrollment process take a look at what building would best serve your student.
 
Constantine Public Schools offers education for  Y5s -12th Grade.
  • Eastside Elementary supports our Y5s - 2nd grade students.
  • Riverside Elementary supports 3rd - 5th grade students.
  • Constantine Middle School supports 6th - 8th grade students.
  • Constantine High School supports9th - 12th grade students. 
  • Constantine Tech supports 6th - 12th grade students in an alternative education setting.

  • Proof of residency
  • Immunization records

* Additional documents are required for Special Education student enrollment.

Do you live outside the school district? If so, approval through our Schools of Choice program is required.

Welcome back! To ensure we have the most up-to-date information for your child, all existing families are required to complete yearly enrollment updates before the start of each school year.

Through our new online system, you can quickly review your contact info, sign required annual waivers, and complete important district documents (including the annual Transportation Form) all in one place.
