CONSTANTINE ATHLETIC HALL OF FAME NOMINATION CRITERIA

PURPOSE

To recognize Constantine Public School student/athletes, coaches, teams and special individuals who have distinguished themselves in the field of athletics either by virtue of their performance on athletic teams representing Constantine, by meritorious efforts on behalf of Constantine athletics or by special accomplishments after graduation from Constantine.

NOMINATION CRITERIA

The Constantine High School Athletic Department is accepting nominations for the “Athletic Hall of Fame" from now until May 1 of the following year.

CATEGORIES

1. Individual players
2. Individual High School Coaches
3. Varsity Teams (a team as such-would count as one (1)
4. Community/school leaders

THE CRITERIA FOR A PERSON'S NOMINATION IS SIMPLE

1. The nominee must, during and/or following his/her career, have exemplified the pride and spirit of Constantine High School Athletics.
2. If an athlete, he/she must be a Constantine graduate and have been out of school for at least 8 (eight) years.
3. If a coach, he/she must have coached in a particular sport in the Constantine system for at least 10 (ten) years.
4. If an at-large nominee, the person must have made a significant contribution to the Constantine Athletic program. These individuals need not have been Constantine graduates.
